my husband needed something for his sore ribs & martine who was serving him said not much here for you. then she said wait a minute l will look in the back. she come out with a back brace.it was in a basket for returns. he bought it for less than half price. it really helped him out. this was nov. 25 2016. she took that time to help the customer. ty rexall.
