How to Complete the Kroger Feedback Survey
The Tell Kroger survey is available in both English and Spanish. Make sure you have your receipt from your most recent shopping experience in order to take the Tell Kroger customer satisfaction survey and follow these steps:

- Select English or Spanish as your language choice
- Read the Kroger Sweepstakes Rules for prize details
- Read the Privacy Policy to see how your personal information will be used
- Use your receipt to select the date and time of visit from the drop down boxes
- Use your receipt to enter the store, terminal, transaction and operator numbers
- Enter the survey entry code and click start
- Rate your shopping experience on each question by selecting answers from highly satisfied to highly dissatisfied
- click next to continue to answer all questions (a progress bar will show you how far you are from finishing the survey)
- Fill in your contact details including name, address, phone number and if you are over 18 years of age.

I have been going to Walmart’s to get my groceries for a very long time . But there meat that they had wasn’t up to my standards on what I was wanting . With Kroger’s not only there meat that they have is the best but customer service is just great and friendly . With the Kroger’s I go to I’m Maysville Ky it’s easy to get in and the same going out and always have plenty of check outs open . I’m Kroger’s all the way from here on .

Enjoy the local Kroger store here in Glendale, Az (Fry’s) as they carry the products I like and use at a fair price and seldom, if ever, out of stock except for the buttermilk bars in the bakery which I enjoy so much but rarely find if I don’t get there before 9 AM. I appreciate the friendliness of the employees and especially the check out clerks reminding me I am a VIP member who qualifies for extra discounts. They carry anything and everything one needs from the food items to the gifts and appliances for the home.
I shop at Kroger 90% of the time and love my store. I love my store because it is clean, the people are friendly and the same people all the time, very little turnover it seems. Just overall a very nice place to shop.
We visit Krogers once or twice a week getting grocies and gas supplies. We appreciate their fresh vegetables and love their Sumbeam bread available there.
I have been a Kroger customer for over 50 years. They have the freshest produce in town and their store brand products are comparable to the name brands, especially the Kroger Deluxe Churned Ice Cream. Their store deals can’t be beat.
