Having problems with your survey to get free fish and fties. Elderly and my wife and I like visiting your resturant in muscle shoals, al. Every couple of weeks we have been eating your senior meal for 4 to 5 years. Enjoy your food and would like to continue service with you. Being elderly little money always enter your survey for free fish and fries. Have never had problems before this time. Entered survey with no response. Entered again no response. Called Mr. Scott Allread Your manager for Alabama still no response. He did say he would gladly give coupon however has not. Tried survey again could not take responded have taken true taken two times with no response. Youall seem to have a major problem in management all I want is my free coupon. Was going to eat with you today but with problems did not.

dont eat at your establishment often but I certainly noticed the servings are SMALLER, To bad ,maybe the fillets should be called fish sticks
