I suffer from MS and other illnesses, the store associates are so nice, they let me leave my items I want to purchase on the counter while i finish shopping. When I visit the Kohls store in Natomas, Sacramento, CA all the rolling carts are taken. I use a cane, therefore it is very difficult to hold many items with my cane and purse. Your sales associates are very understanding and helpful, they allow me to put my selected items on the counter while I continue to shop. i appreciate that very much. Every time I visit the Kohls store there is never a rolling cart for me to use. I like the sales associates at the Natomas, Sacramento, CA location.
