I would like to let you know I do a lot of business with Home Depot and the people for the most part are very helpful and willing. I do however have a major complaint. I have been injured for 4 months now and the 2 mobile carts for customers to use are not in very good condition. One has a chunk out of a tire and they have said they told management. They said they have a wheel on order. The other one is newer but always out of power. The one with the chunk out is getting worse and for a large chain of stores I would think that that would be a top priority to repair for the handicap individuals.
I went to home Depot on Oakton Street in Evanston close to my home and I had the best costumer service experience I’ve had in about 5years. first off I was looking for plants. had no idea exactly what to get but after talking to a team member name Otto I purchase the perfect plant for my sons science project. Otto was very friendly and helpful. kept a smile on his face and that is something you don’t see too often anymore in stores. Before leaving out Otto asked if it was anything else he can help with. t top it off the cashier was also polite. Even though the plant was all I went to the store for, I felt as I’ve just receive the best service ever.
l went to your Sierra Vista, Arizona Store and have to tell you one of the workers named Jerry gave the best assistance l have ever had at Home Depot. Thanks again Jerry.

I visited a home depot location in Lancaster s.c. an I had a good experience they were so nice an gave me some good assistants with the things that I needed I was very satisfied thanks.
your store is great and when i need equitment home depot always has it and the employes are always helpful.
the pooler georgia store everyone is so helpful every free employee will ask you if you’ve found everything. cant asl for better service. not to mention when its time to check out the cashiers come to you and tells you that she is availiable, again couldn’t ask for better service. thank you pooler store you making my visit plesurable instead of unhlbearable.
I would like to thank for Stuart HD pro desk workers especially to Annie and Nanette who are really helpful and nice to me all the time when I visit the store. I wish everyone would be as nice and good hearted as them. Thanks again for everything!

I am remodeling my house I by mostly all my stuff from home depot they gave me good service .cashier Marianna have good manners she was nice I am in a wheel chair trying to finish me and my wife home ,home depot got the best price ,i still got to come back to buy more stuff thank you home depot
I was at the home depot in altoona pa this past week, only because lowe’s parking lot was full, I wanted some landscape timbers, after 3 times of telling the cashier what I wanted I went outside to load my timbers I checked the receipt, she had charged me for fence boards about. 30 cents cheaper, I went back in and explained we had a communications ploblem, she had me go to customer service to had the ploblem corrected only to have customer service have me walk back down to the same cashier?
they finally fixed the mistake I went outside, loaded my truck and left. I learned a lesson that day……if you see lowe’s parking lot full! It is certainly worth the wieght to stand in line

I remodel rentals for a living so I am in Home Depot most everyday, everybody at the REDDING store is very personable and knowledgeable, but one lady stands out. This last week I sent a letter to a client that had receipts for over 5000.00 in supplies for his rental I had just finished well they got lost in the mail. So I went to the pro desk and talked to Julie cashier # jsx273, she ended up spending half the day between customers found and copied every receipt for me. She really saved my Bacon. Every day I go in there she is always quick with the humor and the smile and makes going there very pleasant. You should hire a million Julies, she’s my hero because she made me my client’s hero. The survey Q’s need a NA/Not applicable place on the answers/continuum or the answers might be invalid, as some questions do not pertain to the “shopping experience ” (lol). Please tell that company. Isn’t it their kob to know how to set up a survey?!

I went there not knowing really what I needed they took time out to help find what I needed and they showed how the tubes go together and they where really nice to me I found my new fav place to buy for my house:-)
I visited the Home Depot on East West Highway in Pronce George County, Maryland and Marie was extremetly helpful. She was very pleasant and responsive. She answered all of mt questions and concerns in a professional manner and was very resourceful. The level of service that she rendered should be compensated financially and she should be a example to other employees.

I love to go home depot for all my home improvement needs, from tinny screw to changing roof they got it all and the Beaty is that their employees they have knowledge about the work I was going to perform, I am not ashamed to get knowledge, because we are all learner at some point.

My husband and I shopped at South Charleston WV Home Depot on 11/11/12 and found Fred in Paint to be “the best.” He helped us find the color that matched out trim despite us forgetting the samples at home. He was able to reference our trim from the color name, from a paint company not used by Home Depot, and from that helped us choose just the right shade for our wood siding. We love Fred. We also found Mike in Tools incredibly helpful, as well as Tabatha who checked us out on the register. Another Mike offered to help us, too, as we stood gazing at gadgets in another aisle. Great staff.

My wife and I went to Home Depot to buy an area rug.The staff were extremely helpful despite the weight and size of the rug. The staff patiently rolled back rug after rug until we found the one we wanted. Another staff member got a cart for us and made sure the rug was secured for check out. As a contractor i begin and sometimes end my day at home depot stores around the area i work and live. The stores are clean, items are easy to find and the prices aren’t bad either. I’m their almost everyday and its a good experience every time

Over all I find that when I need any power tool I can count on home depo. The sale team always assist me in whatever my needs are. The prices are very competitive, usually can’t be beat. I am one of those people who vowed never to support a box store, and would never step foot inside one.
Recently I stopped in just to say hi to a person who belongs to the same non profit group I belong to. While walking around , I stopped by Kitchen department.
I was amazed and very surprised to encounter employees who approached me asking to help, if I found what I was looking for. As well I am thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of staff.No hesitancy whatsoever. Knew their “stuff” 100% helpful over the phone.
Your approach to customer service and business is second to none.
As a result of this , I am having Home Depot install a new granite sink, along with replacement counter top. I can’t believe I have done this:-) Even cancelled a private business owner, whose call I am still awaiting . If the small business owner wants to compete , then they have to train their staff to be on the ball, and remember , the early bird catches the worm.

I have never been in my local Home Depot that some one has not asked me if they could help or did i find everything i needed. Moore often than not more than one employe askde if they could help. i was in another big box store the othere day and had to surch for someone to help me. Not so in my local Home Depot.
I LOVE home Depot! I feel like a kid in the candy store when I go. I like to look at EVERYTHING. I always find what I want.
