  4. The first time I visited a Dressbarn Store was in year 2004. I was out shopping with my mother at the Cortlandt Town Center located in Mohegan Lake, New York. I remember how my mother and I felt the need to enter the Dressbarn Store of that mall as a result of the beautiful display of colors and clothes by the windows and entrance of the store. To our delight not only the clothes were gorgeous and of admirable quality, what made dressbarn more attractive to us was the customer service we received from Liz. She is the reason why my mother and I, are assiduous dressbarn shopper since 2004. Thanks to Liz we do not buy cloth any other place. That is my best experience at Dressbarn.
    But Dressbarn is getting better as they now have Jessica who does an amazing job with visual. Liz and Jessica are two magnificent ladies who have the ability to make customers feel important and appreciated. They treat customers as individuals, always using their names and finding ways to compliment them, and they are very sincere in doing so. On the floor body language conveys sincerity and Liz and Jessica words and actions are similar keeping customers happy. They listen carefully to what customers have to say. They check back regularly to see how things are going. They offer an approach that invites comments and suggestions. People value sincerity, it creates a good feeling and trust. Thank you Liz and Jessica you know well that because of you two I will be back.
