The Foresee E-Retail Satisfaction Index has released data on which Internet retailers are coming out top in relation to customer service, pricing, merchandise and website ease of use.
Amazon sets the bar with the highest score, achieving customer satisfaction in all areas with Victoria’s Secret leading the fashion retail category and Avon.com the best for beauty. Mass retailers including QVC, Walmart, Kohls, HSN and JCPenney also rated in the top 20.

I shopped at safeway in bullhead city az. The products price tags were placed in spots that are deceiving..i thought i was paying 69 cents a pound for apples. When i got home i really paid 2.99…same for soda..yes i used my safeway card..they shouldnt post the e coupons as the regular price either..just my opinion
