Then input your User ID and Password found near the bottom of your receipt and carefully enter them in the survey page. If you have already taken a Target survey before, you can take it again if you receive another invitation on your receipt. However your phone number or email address will be entered in the sweepstakes only once in the month that you take the survey. I would like to recognize two exceptional ladies Chandra and Brianna at the Nashville West Target customer service desk. These two ladies provided EXCELLENT Customer Service! They could have easily given up on my customer concern but they insisted they would find a way to make the issue right. These ladies delivered 110% and now have two (me and my husband) Raving Fans of their service they provided at Target. We will definitely continue shopping at Target because of Chandra and Brianna at Nashville West Target! I hope these ladies receive positive recognition for their hardwork and dedication to their customers.
I found everything at Target that I needed quickly since everything was so easy to find. Everyone was so helpful due to my disability and, so I did not have to go around the entire store to find what I needed in a long time. It did not take very long but I ended up staying longer since I had not been to this Target in a long time. With all of the Halloween items up, and holiday decorations around, it was so nice to be in TARGET. All of the customer service people were so very helpful with wonderful smiles. It was so nice and clean and we were treated so great at the checkout area. I am so glad that I had a chance to go to this Target today since I remember whe it was built being a native Tucsonian.
I would like to commend the pharmacist Mike Miller at the Springfield, PA store at 1200 Baltimore Pike. He and his assistant Denise went above and beyond in helping me out with a problem I had recently with a prescription for my dad who had just gotten out of the hospital. They were so kind to go out of their way to solve the problem. I appreciate it very much. Please thank both of them and give them some recognition for their wonderful professional, efficient, caring service!

I would like to comment on a sales clerk at the Target store in St Joesph mo. Amie Shumaker is her name. She was helpful, kind, courteous and went above and beyond her job . I wish all sales clerk were as friendly as she was. I visited the store on Feb, 20th.
