Your employees should be able to communicate with the customers. One of the employees had to translate so my server could comply. Whoever does the hiring needs to ask more questions and get their responses before employing a person who does not understand english. Yes, some learned the name of sandwiches and bread but can not understand any request by the customer. Shame on Subway.
All I wanted to do is let you know what great service we had at the Subway store in Courtney BC, Canada! Krista is an exceptional employee, I wish we got that kind of service at all restaurants like that!

I’ve been attending this location in Fresno, Ca. Snappy food off of Ashland ave. and Golden state hwy. Since day one I have received the best service and all my sandwiches taste fresh. I have noticed at others locations during rush hour the sandwiches made get a little sloppy.
