  1. Del Taco #81 (Placentia) 3 strikes and your out!
    I happen to like the chicken soft tacos and take advantage of the 3 for $2.09 deal on some Thursdays. Three different occasions I was asked to pay the full price for the tacos. I am older and can still do basic math in my head, so I was able to catch it because of smaller orders. I can only assume when I order for up to 6 people that I may have had this happen without me catching it. Now it is only .93 cents difference but still why should I as a consumer have to remind them at the window. After 1st issue I figured it happens. Second well still could be a simple mistake. Now I’m convinced it is the store and how it is run. Last week when it happened the girl acted like she could not understand English. The manager (I assume) came to the drive through window and gave me the correct amount (about a $1 less) for what I ordered. However when I got home I noticed I did not get my quesadilla as ordered and paid for on my receipt. This was the second time we were shorted an item and I will not wait for the third strike on that issue. Overall the store is giving Del Taco a bad name and I am done going there. I may on occasion still visit a Del Taco but because the 2 next closest stores are less convenient, I am sure I will eat at Del Taco far less than the 1 or 2 times I now visit. I don’t write many negative reviews but the double issue of being overcharged and then shorted just compelled me to write this. LS

  2. Restaurant was FANTASTIC! Everything we heard it would be. Only problem we had was taking the customer satisfaction survey. It’s complicated and takes forever! We will be back to the restaurant though, for sure!
