I have been a long-time shopper at Giant Eagle. However, following your renovation of the store, I have found it increasingly difficiult to find the items I need. The signs you have at each end of the aisles have different products listed, thus, when I am on one end of the aisle I can’t find what I am looking for listed on those signs. Also, there are some items that are not listed at all!! example: the aluminum baking pans, (which used to be on the aisle with the baking products.) I still use your pharmacy and buy gift cards, and while there will pick up some produce. However, I have been doing most of my shopping in a smaller store in town (Safrans) where the products are clearly listed on one sign in each aisle.
