  1. visiting the Jensen Beach store repeatedly for installation of data from a new laptop I purchased there, three gents had enough patience to repair all the glitches. Stephen, , Anthony and Ken should be commended.

    Anthony spent countless hours with me and Ed installed and helped me with a program I bought. Already installed it myself, it didn’t work and it was fixed.

  2. I had a bad experience with GEEKSQUAD !!!! They were fixing my MacBookPro, they did not call me and tell me that they where going to erase all of my data. I had 4,000 pictures. Some that cannot be replaced!!!! This was in Bowling Green Ky 42210. I would have paid more money if they would have called. So now I have my Mac in front of me and it still does not work. It is turning on and going off all by its self. Bad bad bad bad The little girl that checked me out named Danielle was nice. Scott tried to say sorry for the crappy job that the others did. And Alex is the one that didn’t call when he was suppose to. He was the one that erased ALL MY PICTURES. A lot of them was of my Passed grandfather, and my passed stepdad. SO THANKS FOR NOTHING.

  3. Randy at the Beavercreek, OH Geek Squad solved a vexing problem I had on my laptop. I thought for sure there was a virus on my computer. Randy could have easily said I did and charged me $200 hard earned money to eradicate the ongoing problem. Aside from his honesty, Randy is VERY patient w/ customers and he knows his stuff. I am a forever fan of Randy & the Geek Squadr.

  8. I had just purchased a new laptop, with Windows 8, which I’d only heard bad things! Well, I spent several hours trying to get to my email, and after calling in to the Geek Squad, they scheduled an appointment as soon as I could get there! Well, Cameron, at the Portage, Michigan Best Buy, made my day!! He took the time to get everything done that I needed, and was so polite and I couldn’t thank him enough, for erasing all the doubts that I had that this would actually work! A Wonderful young man!

  9. I had recently purchased a windows 8 lab top computer and was having problems with my email . I returned to our Best Buy in Charlotte N.C. and worked on the problem with ANTNONY from their geek squad. He was friendly , smart and very patient with me .He fixed my e-mail and then took time to show me some other areas of this computer that I had not used.

    We shook hands as I thanked him for his help …and he smiled saying ,come back and see me any time.

  12. I was exceptionally satisfied with Alex Sainz on his Geek Squad call to my home this morning. He was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. If I were still a college professor I would give him an
    A+ overall. Best Buy lucks out by having such a fine person representing them.

  13. I bought a Lenovo laptop windows 8 from Best buy on the 12th of July and I didn’t know how to set my laptop up, so I had to go too the Geek Squad and Bob helped me set my laptop up and showed me how too work my laptop..
    I was very Pleased with the way he helped me..

  14. Dimitri @ Bestbuy (geek squad) in Bakersfield, CA helped me out very well and was very knowledgable as to what may have effected my Mac. I thought my Mac was running slow but with information that i had given he had figured out that there was nothing wrong with my laptop and that a sight i had usually visited (youtube) was just having problems the weekend before he even tested it for me by going to the site which by that time was back up to running speed. Great job in my opinion he gave me piece of mind and i didn’t spend any money!

  15. Dave Tingley was my geek squad guy and he was terrific. He was professional and informative. He explained what calibration was and showed me the difference that it was making on my tv.
    This was a much welcomed difference from my last couple of experiences with Best Buy’s repair program. We had several issues in the past when the geek squad work was outsourced to other companies who were by no means professional.
    I would request Dave to come back for any Best Buy service needed. He is what a geek squad guy should be.

  16. I was very satisfied with customer service at Geek squad for repairing my laptop. The best employee of this month is Walt N. in Roanoke, Virginia. He was very friendly and patient with me because I am hearing impaired. Our communication was very well. Geek Squad is five stars bravo!!!!!! By the way I will come back there again any time.

  17. we are more than satisfied with the professional and friendly service provided with Best Buy’s technician “Dave”. All we can say is Great, Awesome. Dave took his time to explain our new Smart TV which we are enjoying each day. This is our second purchase of a television from Best Buy and we will certainly recommend them time and again.   18. Had a lot of trouble with Windows 8. Probably the worst program ever written. Took the Geek Squad a lot of time to get my brand new laptop where it was any use to me. The Geek who finally got it into a workable state was Brandon at the Abbotsford branch. Now all I have to do is learn how to use Windows 8.1.

    he helped me and my gf’s computer and refreshed it to its original state and although it looked like a hectic day he was very courteous and i appreciated his help in the matter
