    My wife had a problem with her ipad and we went to the apple store to get help, They could
    not help us .we were with David for 30 minutes and he had our problem fixed and we were
    on our way .

  3. Was not to impressed with the Geek Squad. They came to set up a new computer in our office. He said we were having an issue with our Wi-Fi speed, and he check what he thought was the Wi-Fi and had us call Telus. He could not complete the set up, and Telus came the next day. Turns out he was testing the wrong connection, nothing wrong with our Wi-Fi. We completed our set up because we could not wait for another week for Best Buy to come back.
